this is my SSW writing on the lost city of Atlantis

                   Atlantis the lost city

All was fine. The city lights shone in all directions and reflected on the crystal clear water in the harbour. There were buildings of all sorts, short one’s long ones and even ones with big pillars on the top.

This was the city known as Springfield. Everyone in Springfield knew about Atlantis the lost city but they all thought it was just a myth. Except from one small boy called Arlo ( who everyone thought was bonkers even his parents !!) he thought that one day Springfield would be uprooted and the lost city of Atlantis would appear.

It was a bright summer day in Springfield as usual and the sun was blazing hot.people were playing and talking when all of a sudden everything uprooted and after a few minutes Springfield turned into Atlantis luckily no one got hurt. Only then did the people realise that Arlo wasn’t just a boy that everyone thought was bonkers he was a GOD and a MIND READER !!!! somehow Arlo didn’t know this himself until now.

People loved Atlantis and the sea creatures became best friends with them; the children even went fishing school.

People lived in underwater apartments and skyscrapers too!!! After a few months, people started making it into a city with roads being built all over the place and improving houses. The town was busy all morning and night every day of the week 24/7. An inventor called Nicholas even created an underwater car.

Life was fine for a few months then one-night tragedy struck……

The seafloor rumbled like a gigantic earthquake and people screamed like crazy. After a few minutes, people saw a shadow of a ginormous underwater troll. His body was an ugly green colour and he had big beady eyes people tried to hide but it was no use he could see the smallest things from a mile away. Arlo saw people being squashed under the trolls feet but Arlo could tell he had no intention of doing any harm.

After a few hours all the citizens of Atlantis were never to be seen again, and the troll he lived happily for the rest of his days...
